Pathways+

The goal of Pathways+ is to open avenues for girls and women in areas where they are underrepresented across areas covered by our partners North West Regional College and South Eastern Regional College. It aims to promote careers in professions like construction, engineering or mechanics.
Through a combination of hands on workshops, mentoring, life skills sessions, volunteering and interacing with role models, our aim is that participants will build confidence, gain skills and understand sustainable careers. This programme will also work with and train employers, to encourage inclusive practices and foster a workplace culture where women can thrive.
This programme is funded by the Department for the Economy NI and is in collaboration with a number of parter organisations.
