Pathways Plus: Apprenticeship Inclusion Challenge Fund Success!

We’re thrilled to announce that WOMEN'STEC has been awarded a grant from the Department for the Economy NI for their Apprenticeship Inclusion Challenge Fund for our Pathways+ project. This initiative is all about breaking down barriers and boosting support for women in construction and construction-related apprenticeships across Derry, Newry, and Belfast.

Through strategic partnerships with Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Housing Executive, Construction Futures, SERC, North West Regional College, Pathways+ will offer tailored mentoring, soft skills training, and real-world opportunities to help women start and thrive in apprenticeships.
