At WOMEN’STEC we see first-hand how vital these programmes are. Through Building Futures, funded by the UKSPF, we’ve been able to support women facing barriers into training, skills, and employment opportunities.

Without continued investment, thousands of people across NI – including many of the women we work with – risk losing the lifelines that help them move closer to work and brighter futures.

We stand with the Economic Inactivity Coalition in calling for urgent clarity. #NICantWait– our communities deserve stability, support, and the chance to thrive.
