#NotJustForBoys Girls in Construction Day!

What an incredible day last week with a brilliant group of girls exploring careers in construction!

They kicked off with a talk from our CEO, Lynn Carvill, about what we do at WOMEN’STEC, followed by Rachel from CITB Northern Ireland sharing career pathways in construction.

Then, it was time to get hands-on—bricklaying, car mechanics, tiling, and a gender workshop, all before wrapping up with a well-earned lunch! Well done to all the girls for getting stuck in and giving it their all!

The future of construction is looking bright!
